Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment system. Payments are processed immediately at checkout, and only successfully completed orders will be dispatched. We reserve the right to hold any orders if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Delivery

We currently offer the following services

UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: Free for orders over £50 (2-4 days). Orders under £50 incur a £2.99 delivery fee.
  • Premium 24-Hour Service: Available for £5.99 (UK Mainland only). Orders must be placed before 4 PM for guaranteed next-day delivery.

    • Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and should arrive within 2-4 working days of dispatch. Please allow extra time during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

    Ireland Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: £4.99 (2-9 days).

    Custom Tax and Duties

    We calculate and pay any applicable taxes and duties at checkout to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. However, in some cases, your order might be held, and you may be contacted to pay additional charges. The confirmation of your order, showing that taxes have been paid, should suffice. We are available to assist with any required information, but you will be responsible for communication and responding to these requests.
