4.1 Order Acceptance All orders are subject to acceptance by ANAM. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
4.2 Payment We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment system. Payments are processed immediately at checkout. Only successfully paid orders will be dispatched. The payment will appear as ANAM Cosmetics LTD on your bank statement.
4.3 Fraud Prevention We reserve the right to hold any orders if we suspect fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Areas Currently, we ship to the UK and Ireland. We plan to expand our shipping to Europe and the rest of the world soon. Stay updated by signing up for our newsletter or following us on social media.
5.2 Delivery Times and Fees
UK Standard Delivery: Free for orders over £50 (2-4 days). Orders under £50 incur a £2.99 delivery fee.
UK Premium 24-Hour Service: £5.99 (UK Mainland only). Orders must be placed before 4 PM for next-day delivery.
Ireland Standard Delivery: £4.99 (2-9 days).
5.3 Customs and Duties We calculate and pay any applicable taxes and duties at checkout. In some cases, additional charges may apply, and you will be responsible for responding to such requests.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Return Policy We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
6.2 Refunds Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Product Specifics
7.1 Best Before Dates To get the best out of our products, we recommend using them within 6 months after opening. Please see best before dates displayed on our packaging.
7.2 Organic Nature Due to the organic nature of ANAM products, variations in batches may occur. Some batches may differ slightly even though the source, quantities, and processing of the ingredients remain the same. Returns will not be accepted unless there is an issue with the entire batch.
8. Newsletter
With your express authorisation, we’ll sign you up for our email newsletter, which contains news and special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletters we send you.
9. Promotions
9.1 General ANAM reserves the right to withdraw promotions, discounts, and promotional codes at any time.
9.2 Promotional Codes Promotional codes are single-use and cannot be used against multiple orders. They are redeemable against full-priced items only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or offers. Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively.
9.3 Gift with Purchase Use of promotional discount codes can affect the application of minimum spend gift with purchase promotions and free delivery. If a promotional code lowers the basket value below the minimum spend required, the free gift will be removed, and a shipping charge may apply.
