RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you encounter any issues, please contact our Customer Service team at info@anambeauty.co or via our contact form. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Applicability
This returns policy applies exclusively to purchases made on www.anambeauty.co. For products bought from other retailers, please contact them directly.

Amending Your Order
Once an order is placed, it cannot be amended. To add products, please place a new order.

Cancelling Your Order
To cancel your order, notify us within one hour of placing it. After this period, the order will be processed, and we will be unable to cancel it. Contact Customer Service at info@anambeauty.co or via our contact form.

Issues with Orders
Report any breakages or damages within 48 hours of receiving the products.

Returns Rights
You have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 30 days. Statutory rights apply if goods are not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality.

Return Conditions:

  • Cancellation after receiving the product.
  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Product delivered incomplete, defective, or unacceptable.
  • Product not as described at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: 

  • Opened and used products.

Return Process

1. Products must be in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.
2. Include your name and order reference with the return.

To initiate a FREE return:

  1. Visit ANAM’s Royal Mail Tracked Returns service portal (https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return#/details/7646).
  2. Fill in the required fields to create a returns label.
  3. You will receive a QR code and a label via email. Print and attach the label to the parcel. If you can't print the label, show the QR code at the parcel drop-off point for printing.

Note: The Royal Mail returns system produces one label per entry. For multiple parcels, follow the steps again and state "1 of X" in the Order Number field.

  1. 4. Drop off the parcel at any Royal Mail Customer Service Point, Post Office, or Parcel Postbox. Locate your nearest drop-off point [here](https://www.royalmail.com/services-near-you#/). You can also arrange a collection via the Royal Mail website, ensuring the returns label is printed and attached.

Refunds

Returns typically reach our warehouse within 48 hours, though delays may occur due to severe weather or other conditions. Once received, we will issue a refund within 14 days and confirm via email. The refund will appear in your bank account or credit card statement within 7 business days of issuance.

Defective Items After 30 Days
For items that become defective after the 30-day return period, contact Customer Service at info@anambeauty.co for a case-by-case review.

Mistaken Returns
Ensure you return the correct and complete item to receive a refund. We cannot guarantee the return of mistaken items and no compensation will be provided.
